60 retired county judges sign Declaration of Judicial Independence

We will stand united in support of California’s judges and to the system of justice they serve. We will not allow irresponsible and false attacks on California’s judiciary to go unanswered.

Ten of Inland Empire's retired judges have joined with 50 others throughout the state to declare their support of an independent judiciary.

The work comes from the Retired Judges Initiative Committee from the California Judges' Association Conference Sept. 13-14 in Pasadena. The signers include retired San Bernardino Superior Judges John Pacheco, Tara Reilly, Cynthia Ludvigsen, Janet Frangie, Bryan Foster and Christopher Warner, and retired Riverside Superior Judges Thomas Cahraman, Craig Riemer, Sherrill Ellsworth and Jackson Lucky.
